If you would like to request that Mango Health does not sell your personal information to any third parties, please submit a request to our support team through the app by following the instructions below. Please note that making the request may cause you to lose access to functionality in the app that is specific to one or more third parties with whom Mango Health has an ongoing business relationship.
Submitting a Request on iOS
- Tap on the “My Health” button in the bottom navigation menu.
- Tap on the “Profile” icon at the top of the page.
- Tap on the “Settings” icon at the top of the page.
- Tap on the “Help” menu item.
- Tap on the “Contact Us” menu item.
- Provide details about your request and tap on the “Send” button.
- We will process your request within 10 business days and send back a confirmation when we have completed the request.
Submitting a Request on iOS

- Tap on the “More” icon (…) at the top of the page
- Tap on the “Help” menu item.
- Tap on the “Contact Us” menu item.
- Tap “New” at the top right
- Provide details about your request and tap on the “Send” button.
- We will process your request within 10 business days and send back a confirmation when we have completed the request.
